My name is Joe Ruggiero, and since 2008, I’ve had the privilege of helping families and businesses protect what matters most with the right insurance coverage. Insurance has been part of my life for as long as I can remember—my grandfather and father both built careers in this industry. In 2021, I opened my own State Farm agency right here in Owings Mills, Maryland, and today I work with an incredible team serving our Good Neighbors throughout Owings Mills, Reisterstown, Towson, Rosedale, Baltimore, Finksburg, and the greater Baltimore area.

Before opening my agency, I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Towson University. Outside the office, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Tamera, playing music with my band, watching sports, and spending time with our rescue cats, Sheryl and Lani. Since moving to Baltimore in 2010, building lasting relationships in this community has been incredibly meaningful to me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help protect what matters most to our neighbors.
